Interview with the British Society of Physical and Rehabillitation Medicine
We worked with the British Society of Physical and Rehabillitation Medicine (BSPRM) to create content, aimed at student doctors, showcasing the importance of the medical specialty, how it is expanding in the globally and how you can get into it.
The topics covered were:
Conference Experience - What is the annual scientific conference has been like
Presenting Nationally - Sharing expereience of presenting research nationally
Rehabilitation Medicine Exposure - Talking about the emerging specialty and the importance of the field
Advice to Medical Students - What other medical students can do to get into research and rehabilitation medicine.
We hosted an in-person workshop with AMBOSS, showcasing the platform to the thousands of students at Leeds Medical School, and how the platform can help student doctors with there medical education and training in the UK and US examinations.
We walked through the different aspects of the platform and how it is designed from the ground up to build the knowledge of the user.
Workshops with AMBOSS
We collaborated with Google Health UK and Youtube Health UK to develop and online project called “Digital Skills for the Next Generation of Clinicians”, an international confernce focussing on where medical technologies are taking healthcare practice and how we need to develop our training methods.
The topics covered were:
Digital Health Curriculum - Integrating digital health training into medical education, covering AI, data literacy, and ethics
Skills and Training - Sharing upskilling resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship for healthcare professionals
Implementation Challenges - Overcoming barriers to deploying digital health innovations, especially within NHS systems
AI in Healthcare - Discussing AI applications in documentation, diagnostics, and research, plus data quality concerns
Research Collaboration - Encouraging partnerships between healthcare professionals, researchers, and tech experts to advance the field
This was an incredibly success event with 900+ attendees from over 20 countries.

We had the privellege of working with the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) on presenting work sharing into and delving into medical technology and AI innovations within clinical practice..

Calarity Documentation Tool - Ambient scribing technology for streamlined clinical documentation
Interview on Network Television
We’ve appeared on network television. We were invited onto the Sunday Show on Channel S, a UK based bangladeshi TV network, were were talked out outreach work conducted towards for the student community, anecdotes sharing insights into medical education in the UK and advice for viewers.
The topics covered were:
Journey into Medicine - Talking about the unique journey into medicine
Youtube Content and Vlogging - Sharing the reasons behind creating content and what skills can be cultivated throught it
Challenges in Medicine - Looking back at how studying medicine during a pandemic had challenges
Outreach - This was a particularly important piece of outreach work as this directly communicates with a minority ethnic group within the UK and gives an example of a pathway into medicine and where it can take individuals.
Filming with Quesmed
We joined in filming materials with Quesmed for their social media channels, including interviews and quizzes for years. These videos have recieved 100ks of views with positive responses, from the company and the public.
Working with the Quesmed team is an absolute joy and we hope to continue this partnership in the future.
Podcasting with Humans of Healthcare
We have hosted for the “Humans of Healthcare” podcast, run the University of Leeds, School of Medicine. We interviewed people to share their interesting stories and experiences with medicine and healthcare, engaging in deep discussion and debate.
Episodes include:
Interviewing a Lecturer in Child Nursing in the School of Healthcare at University of Leeds, about her experience with chromosome deletion and the challenges she has faced because of it.
Interviewing a Student Support Manager for the Faculty of Medicine and Health at University of Leeds, about the journey of medical students and the support available to them throughout their time at university.
Interviewing a ST4 General Surgery about difficulties and challenges associated with physiological tremor, particularly for surgical students. The conversation touches on some practical coping strategies as well as the impact of physiological tremor on mental health.
